We create a mailing list from the information you provide including name, email, physical address, and phone. We may use this information to keep you updated on our activities that we think you may find interesting.

We Don’t Share Or Sell Your Information

Ballot Lab does not sell or rent supporter, donor, or website visitor information under any circumstances, and we do not share supporter, donor or visitor information without prior consent except as compelled by law. This restriction applies to supporters and donors who join or donate both online and offline.

You Can Access or Delete Your Information

We don’t retain personally identifiable information outside of what you provide via donations, newsletters, and the forum. If you wish, you may request that your information be deleted—minus information we may need to share with the IRS for our 990. To access or delete your information, just contact us.
